‘Friends’ stars Courteney Cox Johnny McDaid, best known as a member of the iconic band Snow Patrol, has officially announced his retirement. According to recent reports, the couple parted ways after being together on and off for 13 years.

According to the Daily Mail , Cox and McDaid have officially parted ways. The two first met in 2013 and have been together ever since, except for a brief breakup in 2015. According to reports, the 62-year-old and the 49-year-old broke up last year, which was decided by both parties.The two led separate lives, which ultimately led to their separation after about 13 years together. There was no hard feelings between them and the breakup was amicable.A statement about their breakup read in the report: “Johnny spoke very highly of Courteney. Their relationship was very deep and remains very amicable. They are good friends and care about each other very much. This was not an ugly breakup. They just got to the point where they were living different lives.” McDaid was already in the early stages of another relationship, as the two have since gone their separate ways.No other details were revealed about what happened between the two.
