The upcoming film Dhoomakethu has been creating a lot of buzz soon after its release yesterday. Poster by Sajin Gopu and Nikhila Vimal Trapped beneath the water, surrounded by mysterious masked figures.Many users speculated that the artwork was created using artificial intelligence. Photographer Shaiju Khalid has now shared a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot that shatters those assumptions.

Shaiju posted a making-of video on Instagram, revealing how Nikhila Vimal’s underwater shots were shot.Many social media users were surprised after watching the video. Comments include “Wow… turns out this isn’t an artificial intelligence poster!” and “Did the camera jump into the water too?”

The recently released first poster shows an intense scene of Sajin Gopu and Nikhila Vimal underwater where unidentified masked figures seem to surround them.

“Dhoomakethu” is directed by Sudhi Maddison, who directed “Neymar”. The film wrapped principal photography in February and is currently entering post-production.The project stars Sajin Gopu and Nikhila Vimal in lead roles. The supporting cast includes Shine Tom Chacko, Ganapathi, Manju Pillai, Niyas Backer and Siddharth Bharathan. Vivek Harshan is editing and Ankit Menon has composed the film’s music. On the other hand, Nikhila Vimal’s last film was Pennu Case which received mixed reviews from the audience despite the hype. Reviewing the film, ETimes wrote: “Pennu Case is a missed opportunity. An interesting idea let down by a poor script, poor acting, and flawed technical execution. It’s an impressive watch, and it’s hard to overcome its shortcomings.”Meanwhile, Sajin Gopu’s last film was ‘Oru Durooha Sahacharyathil’ starring Kunchacko Boban.
