Ciudad Rodrigo City Hall expressed its condolences in an official statement, expressing condolences at this heartbreaking loss.“The entire city is devastated by this loss and grieves with the minor’s friends and family… An event that was supposed to celebrate the Spanish national team’s World Cup victory turned into a tragedy,” the statement read.
