New Delhi: People are still waiting for 15-year-old batting star Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to make his India debut, but the youngster still won the hearts of many during his first T20I against Ireland at the Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast on Friday.Many fans came to the stadium hoping to see the teenage star feature for Team India after the Indian Premier League (IPL) season ends. Even though Soriyavanshi was not selected, the crowd made sure he felt their support. During the match, Suryavanshi was seen giving drinks to his teammates along with spinner Ravi Bishnoi. Loud cheers erupted from the pitch whenever the teenager appeared near the boundary rope.
Wait continues for Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s debut
Before the match, the excitement started when the new Indian captain took charge Shreyas Iyer Arrive at the toss. Immediately after the starting line-up was confirmed, Iyer was asked if Soriyavanshi would make his international debut.“Unfortunately there is no (Sooryavanshi debut).
