Actor, director and choreographer Prabhu Deva has taken delivery of the MG M9 electric luxury MPV. This model is the leading offer within the premium retail channel of the MG SELECT brand.One of the biggest highlights of the MG M9 is its “Presidential Seats” in the second row. These power ottoman-style seats offer 16-way adjustment, along with ventilation, heating and eight massage modes. The luxury MPV also comes equipped with a sunroof, Cognac Brown leather upholstery, ambient lighting and intelligent armrest controls. MG also offers an electric sliding rear door and flexible storage solutions as part of the package.Inside, the M9 has a dual-screen setup consisting of a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity are included, while entertainment duties are handled by a 13-speaker JBL audio system with a subwoofer. Other features include tri-zone climate control, a 64-colour ambient lighting system and a camera-based digital interior mirror.The MG M9 is powered by a 90 kWh battery mated to a front-mounted electric motor that produces 245 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The luxury EV MPV offers a confirmed MIDC driving range of 548 km on a single charge. Charging options include an 11 kW AC charger and 160 kW DC fast charging support. Safety features include seven airbags, Level 2 ADAS and 5-star safety ratings according to Euro NCAP and ANCAP crash test standards. The ADAS package includes features such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and blind spot monitoring.The MG M9 is offered in Pearl Luster White, Metal Black and Concrete Gray color options. The electric MPV is sold through MG SELECT brand experience centers across major cities in India.
