The Central Board of Secondary Education has issued the admit cards for the Class 12 supplementary examination 2026 ahead of the July 28 exam. Self-study candidates can obtain admission tickets through the official portal, and the school will distribute signed and stamped admission tickets to ordinary students. Candidates should check all details carefully before appearing for the exam.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit card for the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026 for general and private candidates. While private students can download their hall tickets online from the official portal of the board, general candidates will receive their admit cards through their respective schools.CBSE Class 12 supplementary examination is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2026 (Tuesday). Candidates are advised to verify all the details printed on the admission ticket and complete the required procedures well in advance of the exam to avoid last minute issues.

Self-study candidates can download their admission tickets online

Self-study candidates can obtain the supplementary exam admit card by visiting the CBSE official admit card portal and logging in with the required credentials. The board advises students to carefully review the information mentioned on the tickets immediately after downloading them.Candidates appearing as self-financing students must also ensure that the admission ticket is signed and stamped by the principal of the last school attended or the center director of the designated examination center (if applicable). Unsigned admission tickets may cause difficulties in verification by the exam center.

Self-study candidates can download their admission ticket by following the steps below:

  • Visit the official portal for CBSE Admit Card at apps.cbseit.in.
  • Click on the “Admission Ticket” link on the home page.
  • Enter the application number, previous year roll number, exam year and candidate name.
  • Click “Submit”.
  • Download and print the admission ticket for future reference.
  • How do ordinary students receive their admission tickets?

Unlike self-study candidates, general students cannot directly download their admission tickets.The respective schools will log into the CBSE Pariksha Sangam portal, download the admit cards and distribute them to the eligible students. Schools have been instructed to ensure that each admission ticket is duly signed and stamped by the principal before submission.Students are advised to collect their admission tickets from their schools well in advance of the exam date and report any discrepancies immediately.
