While Amitabh chose not to comment on the viral video, he acknowledged the harsh weather conditions in his latest Sunday blog and thanked fans who continue to gather outside his home for weekly darshan.
Fans showed up despite heavy rain
As part of his regular interaction on Sunday, Amitabh Bachchan shared photos from outside Yalsa on his Tumblr blog and expressed gratitude to his admirers who braved the rain to meet him.“Waving, clasping hands… signing… they endured and stayed… I have as much respect as ever.” The actor admitted that he was moved by the fans’ unwavering dedication, no matter the weather.“No matter the weather – rain, shine, winter… they all come… and have the same enthusiasm… I’m deeply moved.”
Amitabha calls on everyone to pay attention to safety
Talking about the ongoing monsoon period in Mumbai, Amitabh noted that rainfall continues unabated, leading to flooding in some places while also replenishing water reservoirs. “The rainfall has not reduced.. Flooding continues.. Yes, the monsoon has been delayed. Now the water resources – surrounding lakes are filling up.. causing some difficulties for the residents.. farming.. but this too shall pass.”He concluded with a warning, encouraging everyone to prioritize their own safety during the ongoing downpours. “All goes well…safe…venture out only in absolute emergencies…like in Mumbai…but in general… You are all so precious. “
Water enters Jalsa compound in Mumbai floods
