A few months after releasing the previously unreleased song ‘Ennai Thalattum’, the filmmaker has now launched another song titled ‘Ootyku Poo Ethukku’. The release of the film has sparked excitement among Vijay fans, providing a nostalgic look at the actor’s early career and rekindling interest in one of Tamil cinema’s most talked about shelved projects.

Announcing the release of the song, Wickraman revealed that the song was shot 25 years ago and the original master version is no longer available. In the description of the video, he wrote: “This song was filmed 25 years ago. Unfortunately, we no longer have the original high-quality audio and video master. What you see now is the best version we can preserve.” Sung and composed by Tippu Silpi The song, written by NA Muthukumar, presents Vijay in a young and rare image. Wickraman also said that the film has been released after fans repeatedly requested to see more footage from the unfinished film.
