According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, the apartment is located at Bahar Apartment on Pali Mala Road, Bandra West, near Bandstand and Carter Road, which is the hometown of several movie stars, including Shah Rukh Khansalman khan, Aamir KhanJaved Akhtar , Shabana Azmi , Rekha & Sanjay Dutt.The apartment has a carpet area of ​​698 sq. ft. and was officially registered for sale on June 30, 2026. Property records show that Chopra paid a stamp duty of 4.65 million rupees and a registration fee of 30,000 rupees to complete the transaction.
