The Spider-Man star has checked into Mumbai’s iconic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and is reportedly staying in one of the hotel’s most luxurious accommodations – the Tata Suite.Deluxe suites are one of the hotel’s best offerings, and the prices are equally eye-catching. According to reports, Tata suites are usually priced between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 12 lakh per night, depending on availability and season.The suites are designed more like luxury apartments than hotel rooms. It features two bedrooms, spacious living areas, formal dining room, conference room for up to 15 people, private office, lounge, spa with sauna, private gym and butler’s pantry. Guests can also connect it to an additional bedroom if desired.Known for its period architecture, traditional furnishings, artwork and cultural artifacts, the Tata Suites are one of the most unique accommodations at the historic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.

Tom arrived in Mumbai ahead of the Indian premiere of Christopher Nolan’s much-anticipated film The Odyssey on Friday. Videos shared on social media show the actor leaving Mumbai’s Kareena Airport and heading to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. This is his second visit to India after visiting India in 2023.He will be joined by Oscar-winning director Christopher Nolan, producer Emma Thomas and co-star Matt Damon.Mumbai has become an official stop on the Odyssey’s global promotional tour, alongside cities such as London, Paris and New York. This also marks the first time a Christopher Nolan film has had a dedicated premiere event in India.
Tom’s “Namaste” wins hearts
Tom received a warm welcome from fans at a special screening of The Odyssey. When he walked onto the podium, the audience responded with enthusiastic cheers, applause and a standing ovation.The actor responded with a warm smile and a respectful “namaste,” earning another round of applause from the crowd.Tom addressed the audience and thanked the Indian fans for their love and enthusiasm.“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always welcoming us with open arms, joy, excitement, grace and love. No one brings energy to cinemas like India,” he said.Earlier in the day, Tom also waved to fans gathered outside the hotel, admitting his visit was exciting.“The Odyssey,” written, directed and co-produced by Christopher Nolan, is an adaptation of Homer’s ancient Greek epic. The film follows Odysseus’ ten-year journey home after the fall of Troy.Matt Damon plays Odysseus and Tom Holland plays Odysseus’ son Telemachus. The cast also includes Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Charlize Theron, Rob Pattinson and Lupita Nyong-Oh.“The Odyssey” is scheduled to be released in theaters on July 17.
