While talking to PTI to promote the film, the actress delved into what it was like to create such a concept for her.She started by discussing the character, sharing, “The fact that she’s normal looking but is a deadly killer is what makes the story so interesting… We just wanted to create a very relatable character. Baby is someone you just meet as a local in Mumbai without batting an eyelid. I think there could have been more changes in writing the better parts. It’s definitely a step in the right direction.”She also spoke about the existing roles that women are typically cast in action films and thrillers, and shared her thoughts on how stars are often overly sexualized in these femme fatale roles. She added, “Women have to wear tight clothes and have a highly sexualized image to be an assassin. I think this comes from the patriarchy. “Additionally, while talking about the film, she commented: “I think when you think about people, especially women with disabilities, you almost think of it as a weakness; you almost think of them as a weakness. Here you have a female killer who is lethal and a weapon of mass destruction. However, her disability is not actually her weakness; it is her strongest asset.”
