Payne and Tweedy welcomed Bell in 2017, and the couple split a year later. The “Night Changes” singer was with girlfriend Kate Cassidy before her death. Under probate rules, anyone seeking to claim real estate after someone’s death has six months. Cassidy was not a direct beneficiary because they were not married.
