Built around 1885, the home was never an actual mill, but a decorative replica that was originally used as a theater. Over time and with several additions, it became a full-sized home. The windmill houses a library and offices. The property has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread over the main house, a guest house and a studio. Other highlights include a three-car garage, a potting shed, a 50-foot swimming pool, a tennis court and a beautifully landscaped garden, all set on four acres.
