New Delhi: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the last date for affiliated schools to upload annual examination results of students of classes 9 and 11 for the academic year 2025-26. Schools can now submit scores online until July 24, 2026.The announcement was made jointly by HBSE Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar and IAS Secretary Munish Sharma. The earlier deadline for uploading scores is July 7, 2026.Schools were given a revised deadline to complete the processThe board has directed all affiliated government schools, private schools, gurukul and vidyapeeth who have not yet uploaded the annual examination results of students of classes 9 and 11 to complete the process before the revised deadline.Institutions have been directed to log in to the HBSE official website using the assigned user ID and password and ensure uploading of scores within the stipulated time.Failure to upload scores may affect board exam eligibilityThe board said students could face consequences if schools fail to upload annual exam results for eligible students by July 24.As per the notification, students who do not upload their annual examination results within the stipulated time will not be allowed to appear in the upcoming class 10 and 12 annual board examinations to be held by HBSE.The board of directors releases technical support contact informationTo facilitate timely completion of the process, the board advises schools facing technical issues to contact the designated helpline number between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays.The school can call 01664-254300 or 01664-254302 for assistance. Admissions-related issues can also be reported through the official mailbox of the admissions department on working days.The board has urged all affiliated institutions to complete online submission of annual examination results before the revised deadline to avoid any inconvenience to students during the board examination process.
