New Delhi: England’s line-up remains unchanged for the third T20I against India at Trent Bridge on Tuesday. Harry Brooke’s side went into the match 1-0 up in the five-match series after beating India by four wickets at Old Trafford. The opening T20I was washed out due to rain.

Despite a poor start, England managed to score 191 in the second T20I. Arshdeep Singh replaced Phil Salt and Jos Buttler in the opening over, leaving the home team in trouble at the 1/2 hour mark.Captain Brooke smashed a quickfire 39 runs off just 12 balls before Jacob Bethel and Tom Banton rebuilt the innings with a crucial partnership. Banton scored 39 runs while Bethel remained unbeaten on 76 off 46 balls, hitting five fours and five sixes.India fought back through Ashdeep and Varun Chakravarty, but Besser scored 29 runs from Ravi Bishnoi to swing the match in England’s favour. He then completed the chase with six balls remaining along with Jofra Archer.England have announced an unchanged squad for the third T20I at Trent Bridge.
