Uzcategui postponed the hearing until Sept. 1 after he asked to be represented in the case, but Judge Jessica A. Uzcategui refused. And he’s saying, ‘Oh, I’m not going back to California,’ just to escape jurisdiction here, that’s all. This isn’t Cher’s first attempt to get her son under supervision
