What does OpenAI say?
While users were facing issues while accessing ChatGPT, OpenAI’s official website also acknowledged the outage. The company said that the issue is “increased latency and errors affecting ChatGPT and APIs.
Also, the project is back online, according to the official OpenAI Status page and the latency issue has been fixed. “Work is now back to normal”, reads the official website.
To confirm this, the TOI Tech team also tried accessing ChatGPT online and through the mobile app and in both the locations, ChatGPT seems to be working without any issues.
