Director Chidambaram’s Balan: The Boy continues to perform steadily at the box office. The emotional drama held its ground during the weekdays, with only a slight dip in collections.According to Sacnilk, the film’s box office collection on day 12 is estimated at Rs 45 lakh (net revenue in India). The latest figure was down 2.2% from Rs 46 lakh on Day 11.

Total global revenue reached Rs 3,024 crore

Balan: The Boy has now grossed a total net revenue of Rs 164.3 crore in India. The film has currently collected Rs 1,904 crore at the box office in India.The thriller earned an estimated Rs 10 lakh more on its 12th day, taking the film’s overseas total to Rs 1,120 crore.Balan’s global collection now stands at Rs 302.4 crore. The emotional drama had earlier ended its first week with a nett collection of Rs 1,129 crore in India and maintained its steady trend in its second week.

“Balan” occupancy rate

The overall occupancy rate of the Malayalam original version of Balan: The Boy on Day 12 was 20.90%.The attendance rate for the morning session was 10.58%, and the attendance rate for the afternoon session increased to 12.92%. The occupancy rate for the evening show was 15.17%. The night show was once again the strongest performer with a ratings of 25.58%, showing that the evening audience continued to support the film.The total revenue from Kerala was around Rs 44 lakh, Karnataka around Rs 5 lakh, while Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and other markets collected around Rs 1 lakh on day 12.
