A total of 56,669 candidates completed the registration verification process for Maharashtra MBA and MMS admissions for the academic year 2026-27, making them eligible for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has announced that the first round of CAP will begin on July 28, 2026 and the entire admission process will end on September 15, 2026.The second extended registration window for MBA and MMS admissions is now closed. According to CET Cell, as of July 20, a total of 67,616 candidates had registered for admission before the deadline, while 56,669 candidates had completed the review and confirmed their application forms. Only these verified candidates will be considered for the upcoming CAP rounds.Number of applicants and list of winnersThe last date for MBA/MMS registration is July 19, 2026 till 5 pm. As of the registration deadline, 67,616 candidates had submitted applications. Among them, as of July 20, 56,669 candidates have completed document verification and application confirmation.In comparison, 59,456 candidates registered for MBA/MMS admissions during the 2025-26 admissions cycle.The provisional merit list will be announced on July 22. Candidates who find any discrepancy in their details can submit their appeal by logging in between July 23 and July 25 (till 5 pm). The CAP process will continue through four roundsThere will be four CAP rounds for CET units before admissions start at the institution level. Candidates participating in subsequent rounds will have separate selection entry windows in August.
CET Cell said that all admission rounds, including institutional level admissions, will end on September 15, 2026. Candidates are advised to check the CET Cell official website regularly for latest updates and detailed consultation schedule.
