At the 72nd National Film Awards, the Best Actor award was won jointly by Mammootty for “Bramayugam” and Kartik Aaryan for “Chandu Champion”. Meanwhile, Yami Gautam won the Best Actress award for her performance in “Article 370”.The awards recognize films that have been certified by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) during 2024.
