The latest transaction reflects an increase in its original purchase price.

According to the registration documents, the carpet area of ​​the apartment is 758 sq ft, Hindustan Times reported. It also comes with two parking spaces, making it a complete residential package in one of Mumbai’s premium neighborhoods. Based on the carpet area, the deal has been valued at nearly Rs 46,000 per sq ft. The apartment was purchased jointly by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. The documents further revealed that the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the purchase. Neither Salman Khan nor the new owners have made any public statements regarding the sale.
