The changes reportedly include muting or modifying all references to TVK (Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam), deleting scenes with the Indian flag, changing dialogues involving Dr BR Ambedkar, and changing book covers that feature his image. Religious references like ‘Bhagavathan’, ‘Ranganatha’ar’ and ‘OM’ are also muted in certain scenes. Shortly after the details surfaced online, fans reacted strongly.
