Candidates who participated in the counseling process can now check their allotment status by visiting the official website bcece.admissions.nic.in.To check the seat allotment results, candidates need to log in using their roll number and password.The allocation of seats in the first round is based on the candidates’ Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2026 main rankings, the institutions and courses chosen during coaching and the availability of seats in participating institutions.Candidates who are allotted a seat must complete the admission process within the stipulated deadline. This includes downloading the allotment letter, paying the required admission fee, and completing document verification to confirm admission.
Bihar UGEAC 2026 First round schedule
Candidates who have been allocated seats in the first round can download the allotment letter from July 4 to July 9, 2026.Document verification and admission procedures will take place from July 7 to July 9, 2026.The results of the second round of provisional seat allocation will be announced on July 17, 2026. Candidates will be able to download the allotment letter for the second round between July 17 and July 21, 2026, while document verification and admission for the second round will take place from July 20 to July 21, 2026.The consultation process will be conducted in two rounds. If seats remain vacant after these rounds, the BCECE Board of Directors will conduct a round of clearing the remaining seats.

Candidates can check their allotment result by following these simple steps:
- Please visit the Bihar UGEAC official website bcece.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on the seat allotment letter link provided on the home page.
- Enter your roll number and password.
- Click the “Login” button.
- Your first round seat allocation results will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout for the admission process.
Verify required documents
Candidates should bring the following information with them during the review:

- Six passport size photos (same as uploaded during consultation)
- Class 10 pass certificate or admission ticket as proof of age
- Grade 12 admission ticket and transcript

- Proof of income (if applicable)
- Proof of refugee registration (if applicable)

- Permanent residence certificate of parents showing residence in Bihar for more than 10 years (if applicable)
