The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has released the O Level admission ticket for the July 2026 exam cycle. Candidates appearing for the examination can download their individual theory and practical hall tickets from the official student portal before the commencement of their respective examinations.Admission tickets will be available from July 3, 2026. Candidates need to access the official portal using their application or registration details to obtain the document. The downloaded exam hall ticket will have details like exam shift, batch allotment and allotted exam centre.Steps to download admission ticketCandidates need to visit the NIELIT Student Portal and click on the ‘Download Admit Card’ option on the right notification panel. They must then select O Level from the Information Technology course category, select the exam year as 2026, and the exam cycle as July 2026.Applicants should enter their application number or registration number and date of birth in the prescribed DD-Mon-YYYY format. After completing the displayed verification code, they must click “View,” read the security pledge and select “Print Admission Ticket” to save the document as a PDF. Documents and items on exam dayCandidates must bring their printed admission ticket to the examination center, which is printed on clean white A4 paper. They will also need to produce original valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card or voter ID for verification.Persons holding an official NIELIT registered distribution card and ID card should also carry it. It is prohibited to bring prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, computer tools, and digital media devices into the examination room.exam scheduleThe NIELIT O Level theory examination in the July cycle is scheduled to start on July 11, 2026. The practical exam will begin on August 8, 2026 after the completion of the theoretical paper.According to the examination schedule, the results are expected to be announced in the second week of October 2026. Candidates should check the examination date, registration time, shift, batch allocation and examination location printed on the admission ticket before taking the examination.NIELIT has also informed that the July 2026 HW, CHM-T (Computer Hardware Maintenance Technician) O Level admission ticket can be downloaded and printed from July 3, 2026.
