West Indies vs Sri Lanka, 2nd Test Live Score: Sri Lanka won the coin toss in the second and final Test on Friday and elected to bat first against West Indies.

The visitors made three changes to their starting XI while West Indies welcomed wicketkeeper-batsman Shai Hope back after missing the series opener due to injury.

Hope, who succeeds Joshua De Silva, will also take over goalkeeping duties.

However, West Indies were dealt a heavy blow with veteran fast bowler Kemar Roach ruled out with a hamstring injury. Roach reached the milestone of 300 Test wickets in his first Test.

Fast bowler Anderson Phillip came to the side in his place.

West Indies went into the match full of confidence after a superb innings in the first Test and a 217-run win, their first win in eight matches at the World Test Championship.

Captain Roston Chase said he was delighted with the first delivery and hoped his team could repeat their performance in the first Test. He also feels that a grassy pitch can help the fast bowlers in the early stages of the game.

Sri Lanka makes three changes

Sri Lanka also revamped their starting XI.

Lahiru Udara replaces opener Pathum Nissanka and veteran left-arm spinner Prabath Jayasuriya replaces injured pacer Lahiru Kumara.

The visitors also brought in Kasun Rajitha instead of Isitha Wijesundara.
