Why So Many Celebrities Quit Welcome to the Jungle
The film had a lot of celebrities when it first came out and started an early promotional campaign. However, after a few months, many of them had to drop out of the project for one reason or another. Variety recently reported that Sanjay Dutt was actively involved in the filming of the film, Akshay Kumar A video was even shared on his Instagram welcoming him to the series; however, the veteran star later bowed out due to health reasons.As for Mika Singer, there is no clear reason for his exit. The artist even briefly appeared in the film’s trailer, much to the excitement of fans. However, he does not appear in the movie.Even Family Man star Sharib Hashmi was a part of the series; however, he was unable to sign up for the film due to filming and scheduling conflicts with his series. He also revealed, “I signed the film without any conflict with other projects, but the shooting got delayed.” Similarly, Rahul Dev of ‘Ikkis’ was also excited to come on board for the third film in the series; however, due to scheduling conflicts, he could not give the project his green light from his end.Inaamulhaq explained that while he wanted to be a part of the project, he wasn’t clear about his role, which made him abandon the project. He commented on the matter and shared, “How can I make a movie if I don’t know what kind of world I’m going to be a part of?”
